VideoTesT-FISH software is developed to automate wide range of researches according to Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization method and is used to detect genes exact location on chromosomes, to visualize unrecognizable microscopic anomalies, to identify chromosome aberrations, to determine cells aneuploidy quickly, to visualize separate chromosomes segments in interphase nuclei, to ascertain affinity between remote species, etc. Main software features: - Work with chromosome and cell specimens images; - Capability to use a variety of luminescence filters along with camera settings control function for each filter; - Automatic obtaining the resulting color image by combination of color coded source images; - Automatic human chromosomes karyotyping on the image obtained using DAPI filter; - Capability to create user’s chromosome classifier and train this customizable classifier using specialist’s own specimens; VideoTesT software maintenance includes: technical support, operating software training, software update and hardware selection consulting.
